Negative: The dishwasher was full after our arrival; complaint was not resolved. Staff is unpleasant, he/she thinks that’s normal, guest could help to arrange dishwasher for previous guests ( I never had this experience around the world, this guesthouse is the only one who offered such unprofessional service) Except this, the oven was disgustingly dirty; nobody cleaned it. Old building without elevator, the wooden staircase is quite steep and creaks loudly with every step. It’s not recommended if you have large or heavy suitcases. The washing machine was out of order.
